Viewing your reports
MileLedger offers reports on phone and at mileledger.com. The phone app's Reports tab gives you period-filtered cards, a mileage journey, an expense snapshot, and export options. The web dashboard at /app/reports shows four summary tiles and a one-click CSV download.
phone — Reports / Summaries screen
Open the app and tap the Reports tab (bar chart icon). The Summaries screen loads with a horizontal row of period chips at the top.
Tap a chip to filter the entire screen: This Year, Last Year, or All Time. All cards — mileage journey, expense snapshot, and the past-months list — update immediately.
Swipe or scroll down to see monthly breakdown rows and the expense export section.
Web — /app/reports
Sign in at mileledger.com and open the Reports page from the sidebar. Four summary tiles appear: Business miles, Personal miles, Est. mileage value, and Expenses.
The mileage value tile uses an illustrative rate of $0.70 per mile. This is a configurable default — not an IRS ruling or tax advice. See "Configurable mileage rates" for details.
Tap Export CSV to download mileledger-export.csv, which includes every synced drive and expense in a single file.
Important notes
- Estimates shown on reports are calculations based on your data and the rate you've configured. They are not tax advice and do not constitute an IRS determination.
- Web reports reflect data that has been synced. Drives and expenses created on phone appear after a successful sync.
