Feature
Trip History
Searchable drive log with purpose, miles, maps, and categorization in one timeline.

Why teams rely on trips
Every tracked or manual drive lands in a history you can search and defend. Open a trip for start and end, miles, purpose, and vehicle. Bulk-categorize business or personal, open route maps when GPS samples exist, and keep parking or tolls next to the miles that matter.
- Searchable history with quality flags for incomplete GPS sessions
- Swipe or bulk categorize business and personal drives
- Route maps from GPS samples when coordinates are present
- Parking and tolls recorded alongside mileage

How trips works in practice
Your timeline of every drive that matters
Trip history is the durable log behind mileage estimates and reports. Search by place or purpose, filter by categorization, and open any drive for the details you would need to explain it later.
Quality flags call out incomplete GPS sessions so “needs review” does not silently become “assumed complete” in a year-end total.
Categorize in batches when the week piles up
Swipe or bulk-select to mark business and personal after a busy week. Getting categorization current is more important than perfect notes on day one—but purposes should still be specific enough to defend.
When GPS samples exist, open the route map to confirm the path matches reality before you lock categorization.
Related costs next to the miles
Parking and tolls recorded with a trip keep vehicle costs attached to the same day as the miles. That pairing helps when you reimburse yourself, bill a client, or discuss actual expenses with an advisor.
Edit freely: wrong vehicle, wrong end pin, or a personal detour that should be split out. History is meant to stay accurate, not frozen.
