What happens if I cancel Premium?
Cancelling Premium does not delete any of your data. At the end of your current billing period, you return to the free tier. Your existing drives and expenses are still there — you just cannot add more than 10 expenses until you re-subscribe.
What changes after cancellation
Expense creation is blocked once you already have 10 or more expenses. Existing expenses remain visible and editable.
PDF report export becomes unavailable.
Schedule C and Share This Period export presets are no longer available.
Drive recording, cloud sync, and the Accountant CSV export continue to work normally.
What does not change
All your recorded drives remain intact.
All your existing expenses remain accessible.
Cloud sync continues if you are signed in.
Your data is not deleted.
Re-subscribing
If you re-subscribe to Premium, all features are restored immediately. There is no data recovery needed — your records were always there.
