What counts toward the 10-expense free limit

The free tier allows up to 10 expense records. Each saved expense counts toward the limit regardless of amount, category, or categorization. Drives do not count. Deleting an expense frees up a slot.

What counts toward the 10 limit

Each expense record you save counts as one toward the limit — regardless of its amount, category (Fuel, Parking, Meals, etc.), categorization (business or personal), or whether it has a receipt attached.

There is no distinction between small and large expenses, or linked vs unlinked expenses.

What does not count

Drives (mileage trips) never count toward the expense limit. You can record unlimited drives on the free tier.

Mileage rate records, vehicles, and saved locations do not count.

What happens at the limit

When you have 10 expenses and try to add an 11th, the paywall appears. You can view and manage your existing 10 expenses normally — they are not locked.

Deleting one of your existing expenses drops the count to 9, allowing you to add one more without upgrading.

Upgrading removes the limit

A Premium subscription removes the expense cap entirely. There is no maximum expense count on Premium.
