Managing your subscription
MileLedger Premium subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. You can view your renewal date, switch between monthly and yearly plans, or cancel auto-renewal from the iOS App Store subscriptions screen.
Opening subscription management
MileLedger includes a shortcut: go to More → Account → Manage Subscription. This opens the App Store's native subscription management screen directly.
Alternatively, open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → MileLedger.
Switching plans
On the App Store subscriptions screen, you can switch from Monthly to Yearly (or back). The change typically takes effect at the next renewal date.
Cancelling auto-renewal
Tap Cancel Subscription on the App Store subscriptions screen. Auto-renewal is turned off and your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You must cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
After the subscription expires, your account reverts to the free tier. Existing expenses above the 10-expense free limit remain accessible but you cannot add new ones without re-subscribing.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by MileLedger. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. MileLedger cannot issue refunds directly.
Important notes
- Cancelling your subscription does not delete your data. Your drives and expenses remain intact.
- MileLedger does not have access to billing information or the ability to process refunds — all billing is managed by Apple.
