Search and filter drives

On phone, search drives by location, purpose, or notes and filter by categorization. On the web, filter synced trips with All / Business / Personal / Uncategorized tabs.

Steps

    Open the Drives list

    On phone, open the **Drives** tab. On the web, open **/app/drives** after signing in.

    Filter by categorization

    Use the filter chips or tabs for **All**, **Business**, **Personal**, or **Uncategorized** (wording may vary slightly by screen).

    Search on phone

    On phone, use the search field to match locations, purpose, or notes. The list updates as you type.

  4. 4

    Review flagged trips

    Open trips that show review or quality indicators and confirm categorization or correct details on phone.

Important notes

  • The web app does not offer the same search field as phone; it focuses on categorization filters for synced history.
  • There is no Free-plan cap on the number of drives you can store or browse.
