Accessibility settings
MileLedger includes five in-app accessibility toggles that work independently of your iOS system accessibility settings. You can enable any combination to make the app more comfortable to use.
Available accessibility options
Larger Text — increases the base font size used in MileLedger's UI for easier reading.
Bold Text — applies heavier font weights to labels and body text throughout the app.
Increase Contrast — increases the colour contrast between text and backgrounds, improving readability in bright environments or for users with low contrast sensitivity.
Reduce Motion — disables or simplifies animations and transitions within the app, which can help users who are sensitive to motion.
Reduce Transparency — replaces semi-transparent surfaces with opaque alternatives, improving legibility on certain backgrounds.
Enabling accessibility options
Tap More → Settings and scroll to the Accessibility section.
Toggle any combination of the five options. Changes take effect immediately without restarting the app.
Relationship to iOS system settings
These toggles are in-app overrides, not mirrors of iOS system accessibility settings. You can have Reduce Motion enabled in MileLedger while it is disabled system-wide, or vice versa.
MileLedger does not read your iOS system accessibility settings — it uses only the values you set within the app.
