View trip details

The trip detail screen shows everything MileLedger recorded: distance, duration, start and end addresses, GPS route map, quality flags, vehicle, category, purpose, and notes.

Steps

    Open the drive

    Tap (phone) or click (web) any drive in the **Drives** list.

  2. 2

    Review the summary

    The top section shows distance, duration, date, and start/end addresses.

  3. 3

    Check the map

    If GPS route data was recorded, a map displays the path. Drives added manually by address may show a straight-line or estimated route but not true GPS breadcrumbs.

    Review quality flags

    Any quality issues (Needs Review, Low GPS Accuracy, Possible Duplicate, Short Trip, Interrupted Session) appear as labelled banners. Tap a banner for an explanation.

    See vehicle and category

    Scroll down to see the associated vehicle, business/personal category, purpose, and any notes you have added.
